What you will do

• Manage day-to-day execution of EPC/service projects, ensuring performance, financial metrics, planning, schedule, quality, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Lead business development efforts including marketing, strategy, prospect identification, proposals, client presentations, budgeting, and contracting.
• Oversee project teams, coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities, including third-party integrations.
• Interact with clients, support market business plans, and leverage company resources to expand market footprint.
• Handle project performance reviews, budgeting, invoicing, payments, and staff development through mentoring, training, and recruitment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship or relocation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing medium to large multi-discipline project teams.
• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction project execution.
• Understanding of budgets, financial metrics, and contract negotiation.

• 15+ years of active water/wastewater experience.
• Professional Engineering License.
