TL;DR

Director, Revenue Operations (Revenue/SaaS): Building and optimizing the operational infrastructure for GTM motions across Sales and Customer Success with an accent on deal execution, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting. Focus on scaling revenue processes, ensuring HubSpot data integrity, and removing friction from the partner lifecycle to drive deliberate growth.

Location: Must be based in the US (Remote with required travel for team meetings).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end deal process, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria and resolving cross-functional blockers.
  • Manage HubSpot as the system of record, including workflows, automations, and data hygiene.
  • Build and maintain revenue forecasting models, pipeline health dashboards, and attribution frameworks.
  • Define rules of engagement and handoff criteria between Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
  • Partner with Finance and data teams to establish standard metrics and reporting cadences.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring process friction to improve deal velocity and team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage complex deal processes and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building prioritization models and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Must be based in the US and available for periodic travel to company retreats.

Nice to have

  • Experience in embedded technology, payments, or insurance.
  • Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
  • Proficiency with BI tools like Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Experience building partner health-scoring or account-prioritization models.
