TL;DR
Director, Revenue Operations (Revenue/SaaS): Building and optimizing the operational infrastructure for GTM motions across Sales and Customer Success with an accent on deal execution, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting. Focus on scaling revenue processes, ensuring HubSpot data integrity, and removing friction from the partner lifecycle to drive deliberate growth.
Location: Must be based in the US (Remote with required travel for team meetings).

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end deal process, ensuring clear entry/exit criteria and resolving cross-functional blockers.
- Manage HubSpot as the system of record, including workflows, automations, and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain revenue forecasting models, pipeline health dashboards, and attribution frameworks.
- Define rules of engagement and handoff criteria between Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
- Partner with Finance and data teams to establish standard metrics and reporting cadences.
- Identify and eliminate recurring process friction to improve deal velocity and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot, including custom objects, workflows, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage complex deal processes and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building prioritization models and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable.
- Must be based in the US and available for periodic travel to company retreats.
Nice to have
- Experience in embedded technology, payments, or insurance.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
- Proficiency with BI tools like Omni, Looker, or Tableau.
- Experience building partner health-scoring or account-prioritization models.
