TL;DR

Director of Sales Technology (SalesTech/AI): Owning the strategy and performance of the sales technology stack to increase seller effectiveness with an accent on AI-first solutions and connected GTM engines. Focus on driving behavioral change in technology adoption, integrating intent data, and scaling AI-enabled selling workflows.

Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship)

Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the sales technology stack, including ZoomInfo, MiEdge, Outreach, and Seismic.
  • Lead the strategic evaluation and integration of AI-first solutions to create measurable seller leverage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Technology and Sales Operations to align shared data models and CRM integrations.
  • Drive measurable adoption of tools across all seller segments by embedding them into daily workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and contract negotiations with a focus on ROI.
  • Lead and develop a Sales Technology Manager and influence cross-functional leadership teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales technology, revenue operations, or sales enablement in a B2B environment.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Outreach, Seismic, ZoomInfo, and intent data platforms.
  • Proven track record of applying AI tools to sales workflows and driving adoption among skeptical teams.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical skills to connect technology investment to revenue outcomes.
