TL;DR

Director, Customer Growth & Lifecycle (SaaS): Leading the end-to-end customer journey from first login to power user with an accent on behavioral data, experimentation, and scaled adoption programs. Focus on optimizing retention and expansion metrics, designing cross-channel interventions, and leading the Adoption Management and Product Operations functions.

Location: Must be based in Raleigh, NC, New York, NY, or Remote in the US East Coast (EST)

Salary: $190,000 - $220,000

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the full digital customer lifecycle from onboarding through expansion.
  • Develop behavior-to-action strategies using hirify.global analytics to drive adoption and retention.
  • Execute "hirify.global-on-hirify.global" experiments across in-app guides, email, and NPS.
  • Influence the product roadmap by providing insights based on customer behavior.
  • Lead and coach a team of Adoption Managers and the Product Operations function.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product growth, lifecycle design, or growth marketing in software.
  • Experience in a product-led SaaS company with distinct end users and economic buyers.
  • Proven track record of improving product adoption and retention metrics.
  • Experience building and leading growth or lifecycle teams.
  • Strong data fluency and ability to perform independent analysis and querying.
  • Daily use of AI tools and a strategic point of view on their application in growth.

Nice to have

  • Experience connecting digital onboarding, usage, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to combine customer conversations with behavioral data to understand motivation.
  • Experience influencing roadmaps via lifecycle learnings.
  • Experience leading a Center of Excellence or Product Operations function.
