Salary: $70,000–$110,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do
- Manage, train, and onboard a team of support associates to ensure high performance.
- Develop and optimize CX processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
- Act as the voice of CX, representing customer needs during cross-functional planning.
- Interview and scale the support team to meet organizational growth.
- Collaborate with engineering and corporate teams to provide feedback on feature requests and tool enhancements.
- Maintain and promote company best practices and standards for support.
Requirements
- Must be based in the U.S.
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in multichannel support operations (chat, email, phone).
- No work visa sponsorship available.
