Salary: $70,000–$110,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

  • Manage, train, and onboard a team of support associates to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and optimize CX processes to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
  • Act as the voice of CX, representing customer needs during cross-functional planning.
  • Interview and scale the support team to meet organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with engineering and corporate teams to provide feedback on feature requests and tool enhancements.
  • Maintain and promote company best practices and standards for support.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience.
  • 1+ years of management experience.
  • Experience with Intercom or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency in multichannel support operations (chat, email, phone).
  • No work visa sponsorship available.
