What you will do

• Set up, image, and troubleshoot Windows machines and badge printers.
• Manage MDM services for a fleet of 6,000 mobile devices.
• Test new hardware and provide QA for new feature rollouts.
• Provide remote technical support to onsite event teams globally.
• Maintain hardware inventory through routine checks, cleaning, and documentation.
• Train internal teams on equipment best practices.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and a passion for tinkering with hardware.
• Ability to creatively solve complex technical problems.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Orem/Lindon, Utah.
• Ability to travel occasionally to events nationally or internationally.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and contractors.
