What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design of mobile-first product experiences from early concept through launch and iteration.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and Clinical teams to define product direction.
• Translate complex member needs and technical constraints into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Utilize qualitative research, quantitative data, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
• Balance long-term product vision with near-term execution while maintaining high quality standards.
• Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global design systems, product principles, and design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing consumer digital products, with significant experience shipping mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design skills, visual craft, and measurable impact.
• Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and product strategy.
• Expertise with Figma, prototyping tools, and emerging AI-enabled design workflows.
• Must be prepared to relocate to Boston, MA if necessary.
