Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Perform and oversee daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and cleanroom systems.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for building and lab infrastructure.
• Coordinate with external vendors for fire/life safety, janitorial, security, and utility services.
• Ensure hazardous material handling, waste disposal, and EH&S policy compliance.
• Support tenant improvements, capital projects, and ensure compliance with building codes and ADA.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and Security to meet facility needs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or protected person.
• 5–8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and general building systems.
• Experience supporting labs, light manufacturing, or other technical environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs across multiple complex systems.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, semiconductor, or high-reliability manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with hazardous materials and regulatory agencies.
• Experience working in a startup or scaling environment.
• Certifications such as CSP, CIH, or OSHA.
