Salary: $132,000 - $171,600

What you will do

• Lead large-scale facility project planning, development, and coordination with architecture and engineering firms.
• Establish and maintain Facilities Operational and Capital Budgets, including long-range forecasting.
• Manage a team of facilities technicians supporting office and manufacturing operations.
• Oversee site maintenance, environmental, health, and safety (EHS), and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with enterprise service organizations (IT, Security, HR, Supply Chain) to coordinate service deliverables.
• Communicate with facility leaders in the US and Sweden to implement best practices and develop strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale construction and facilities management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Able to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
• Expert knowledge of local, state, and federal requirements for facilities design and maintenance.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Nice to have

• Experience in radar and surveillance industries.
• Experience with clean room design and maintenance.
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and facility requirements.
• Experience with ERP, facility, and asset management systems.
• MBA, PE, or M.Sc. degree.
