What you will do
- Lead large and complex global Oil & Gas projects during the EPC project sales phase to grow project business orders.
- Identify key customers and stakeholders and establish effective communication channels.
- Coordinate with local sales offices and channel partners to define project strategies for applicable local EPCs.
- Collaborate with the global project team to execute overall project strategies.
- Build direct relationships with decision-makers at EPCs and end customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas market and EPC business models.
- Technical knowledge of valves and automation products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization.
- Availability for moderate travel.
