TL;DR
Client Account Manager (Advanced Manufacturing): Driving new business growth and managing target accounts in the Industrial Segment with an accent on strategic sales plans and client relationship management. Location: Must be based in or relocate to Cary, NC; Orlando, FL; Houston, TX; or Dallas, TX. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.

What you will do
- Lead client engagement activities from identification and opportunity creation to business capture.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and Go-To-Market plans for target accounts in the Industrial Segment.
- Manage and expand a pipeline of opportunities aligned with corporate strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate proposal and project teams during pursuits to solve complex client challenges.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and act as an internal advocate for client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively position the company in the marketplace.
Requirements
- Must be located in or be able to relocate to Cary, NC; Orlando, FL; Houston, TX; or Dallas, TX.
- 7-15 years of experience in the EPC industry, with 5-10 years specifically in sales or project execution.
- Proven track record of successful pursuits involving complex buying processes and multiple decision-makers.
- Strong B2B sales experience and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts concisely.
- Bachelor's degree with a technical or business focus preferred.
- Visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Industrial segment experience in Aerospace, Defense, and/or Energy Equipment Manufacturing.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
- NASP Certified Professional Sales Person or SAMA Certified Strategic Account Manager certification.
