What you will do
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying prospective customers within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Plan and execute consistent customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, concerns, and service-related matters.
- Coordinate with internal Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure high service levels.
- Forecast sales activity and revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer information and track sales planning phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science, Chemistry, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B selling role within a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of contract terms, principles, and profitability calculations.
- Ability to articulate how solutions meet client business objectives.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Tableau for Data Analytics.
