What you will do

• Process, validate, and archive vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform bank transaction conciliations and reconcile vendor statements.
• Manage the month-end close of the A/P module and adhere to all deadlines.
• Generate payment and financial reports using Excel and Dynamics 365.
• Reconcile and close cash ledger books and payables ledgers.
• Provide necessary support for financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Advanced English skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience using ERP systems is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Rio de Janeiro office (Hybrid).
