Location: Must be based in Paris, France, with a hybrid work model requiring in-office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing front-end and back-end engineers.
  • Drive engineering strategy, roadmap planning, and technical documentation including ADRs and refinement.
  • Foster a culture of ownership and accountability as product complexity scales.
  • Recruit and attract top-tier technical talent to the Paris engineering office.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and testers to deliver secure, user-centric features.
  • Improve existing systems and processes to ensure high system stability and security.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of people management or project management experience, preferably in distributed teams.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.
  • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in a scaling company (100-500 employees).
