What you will do

• Build and manage a proprietary deal funnel of small freight brokers and 3PLs with revenues between $5M and $25M.
• Execute the full M&A lifecycle, including NDA, IOI, LOI, diligence, and closing.
• Coordinate financial, commercial, legal, and tech diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• Develop defensible valuations based on carrier overlap, customer retention risk, and gross margin durability.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity roll-ups, or in-house corporate development.
• Proven track record of closing multiple sub-$50M deals end-to-end.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and build internal processes from scratch.
