Location: Remote (United States). Must be based in the US, excluding Delaware, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Hawaii, New Mexico, and West Virginia.
Salary: $136,000–$184,000 annual salary.

What you will do
- Own the full company P&L and serve as the primary finance partner for the monthly close cycle.
- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including headcount planning and revenue scenario modeling.
- Produce quarterly Board of Directors finance addenda and monthly leadership financial reviews.
- Maintain transaction readiness infrastructure and support M&A due diligence processes.
- Partner with People Ops and technical stakeholders to manage headcount and infrastructure cost efficiency.
- Build investment briefs and pro formas to support strategic decisions like product monetization and geographic expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills including multi-driver operating models and sensitivity analysis.
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
- Experience owning a full company or business unit P&L.
- Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
Nice to have
- Investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory background.
- Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS.
- MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
