Salary: $136,000–$184,000 annual salary.

What you will do

• Own the full company P&L and serve as the primary finance partner for the monthly close cycle.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including headcount planning and revenue scenario modeling.
• Produce quarterly Board of Directors finance addenda and monthly leadership financial reviews.
• Maintain transaction readiness infrastructure and support M&A due diligence processes.
• Partner with People Ops and technical stakeholders to manage headcount and infrastructure cost efficiency.
• Build investment briefs and pro formas to support strategic decisions like product monetization and geographic expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills including multi-driver operating models and sensitivity analysis.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite and at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI).
• Experience owning a full company or business unit P&L.
• Must be based in the US (excluding specific states listed in the location section).

Nice to have

• Investment banking, private equity, or M&A advisory background.
• Experience with Rippling or similar HRIS.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA certification.
