Senior Staff Solutions Architect (AI/Healthtech)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: $217,000 - $245,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales solutions consulting, including responding to RFPs and aligning cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency.
• Develop common, reusable solutions and reference architectures to drive repeatability and reduce customer onboarding time.
• Manage the intake process for new solution requests and design a prioritization framework for effective resource allocation.
• Provide technical expertise across the entire solution lifecycle, from initial commitment to ongoing customer support and SLA management.
• Act as a liaison between product engineering and solutions teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a Life Science field.
• 10+ years of experience developing technologies in the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS) sector.
• Proven track record in solution architecture and delivery on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Must be based in the USA (Boston, MA).

Nice to have

• Experience creating insights from diverse health data modalities (omics, biomarkers, diagnostics, imaging, claims).
• Familiarity with healthcare data interoperability standards.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
