TL;DR
Senior Solutions Engineer (Logistics): Designing and demonstrating tailored delivery solutions, API integrations, and proofs of concept for enterprise logistics customers with an accent on technical discovery, REST APIs, and multi-carrier workflows. Focus on guiding engineering teams from webhook setup through first live orders, architecting cross-functional solutions, and translating technical capabilities into business value.
Location: Remote in the United States or Canada

What you will do
- Lead technical discovery with prospects, assessing delivery stacks, carrier relationships, OMS/WMS/TMS integrations, and operational challenges.
- Build and deliver tailored demonstrations of Pulse AI and ’s API for restaurant, grocery, retail, pharmacy, parcel, and other verticals.
- Scope and run proof-of-concept integrations, including webhook setup and live order flows.
- Guide initial implementations through the first production orders before handing projects to post-sales and forward-deployed teams.
- Architect end-to-end solutions for enterprise deals involving engineering, operations, and procurement stakeholders.
- Prepare RFP responses, security questionnaires, technical due-diligence materials, integration specifications, and handoff documentation.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Developer Relations.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, delivery, or a related industry.
- Ability to read and write code and guide customers through REST API integrations using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with TMS, OMS, and WMS platforms and enterprise technology integrations.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Experience with parcel, last-mile, or multi-carrier environments and comfort working in a fast-moving startup.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplace, on-demand, or gig-economy platforms.
- Familiarity with delivery management platforms, route optimization tools, or carrier aggregators.
- Experience with EDI, carrier APIs, label generation, or tracking event streams.
- Exposure to enterprise retail, grocery, or pharmacy logistics at scale.
