Salary: $140,000 - $195,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and analyze power systems, including power distribution, power conditioning, and battery interfaces.
• Perform power budgeting, load analysis, and efficiency trade studies across various mission phases.
• Conduct high-level circuit analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure the reliability and sustainability of the power supply.
• Provide power system expertise during system integration and performance testing.
• Write clear, concise technical reports and documentation to record development work.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics with 5+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, or protected person status is required for access to export-controlled commodities.
• Experience with spacecraft or aerospace power systems, specifically including battery management systems (BMS).
• Proficiency in power integrity analysis, grounding strategies, and high-current PCB layout techniques.
• Experience across all phases of engineering development: requirements, design, test, and production.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on DoD and other US Government development and deployment programs.
• Ability to hold and maintain a USG Security Clearance.
