What you will do

• Contribute to the development, integration, and verification of satellite payload systems throughout the lifecycle.
• Define technical requirements, manage interfaces, and execute system-level trade studies.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, scientific stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure mission success.
• Support integration test planning and maintain rigorous technical documentation.
• Bridge system-level thinking with hands-on engineering to deliver mission-ready hardware.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of experience in developing, integrating, and testing complex engineered systems, specifically satellite payloads.
• Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems, payload integration, and performance modeling.
• Proven experience in system-level architecture, requirements management, and verification planning.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or similar structured approaches.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual due to U.S. export control laws.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
