What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of consultative software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
- Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline maintenance, and book of business reporting.
- Refine sales playbooks and toolkits to enable high-velocity engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
- Actively participate in recruiting and hiring new team members.
- Coach account executives to promote career growth and team-driven culture.
Requirements
- 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management.
- Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients.
- Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
- Deep understanding of AI applications in knowledge work and the legal profession.
- Must be based in Toronto to support the founding team office presence.
