Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultative software sales professionals to achieve ARR targets.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline maintenance, and book of business reporting.
  • Refine sales playbooks and toolkits to enable high-velocity engagement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build effective sales processes and solutions.
  • Actively participate in recruiting and hiring new team members.
  • Coach account executives to promote career growth and team-driven culture.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of tech sales experience with 2+ years of people management.
  • Proven track record of selling complex software solutions to enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Experience operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Deep understanding of AI applications in knowledge work and the legal profession.
  • Must be based in Toronto to support the founding team office presence.
