TL;DR
Sales Manager (AI): Leading and scaling a team of account executives for an AI-native business system for local businesses with an accent on co-selling, team coaching, and sales system optimization. Focus on driving revenue growth for independent restaurants and implementing a customer-first sales approach.
Location: Hybrid (Toronto), required 3 days in office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Salary: $270,000 OTE CAD (135,000 base + 135,000 variable)

What you will do
- Build and lead a world-class team of account executives.
- Drive revenue by co-selling alongside representatives to lead from the front.
- Coach and develop team members based on their unique strengths and individual growth.
- Identify business opportunities and execute projects to improve the overall sales system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement.
- Maintain deep product and industry expertise to advise restaurant owners in a high-trust manner.
Requirements
- Must be based in Toronto to attend the office 3 days per week.
- Direct first-line management experience, preferably within the SMB sector.
- Strong track record of personal and professional excellence with a customer-first sales approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change is frequent.
