TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US
Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead high-impact customer-facing experiences across the top-of-funnel web ecosystem, including campaign pages and product launches.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive projects from brief through delivery.
- Leverage AI tools like Figma MCP and generative image models to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
- Advocate for users by applying research and testing insights to create performant, joy-inducing interactions.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems while knowing when to innovate and break established patterns.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role working with cross-functional peers.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
- Advanced design expertise in typography, layout, and complex interactive systems.
- Practical, active integration of AI-powered tools into daily design workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present decisions clearly and confidently.
Nice to have
- Foundational understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience designing for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or subscription-based products.
- Proven experience designing for experimentation and A/B testing frameworks.
