Compensation: $145,000 – $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead high-impact customer-facing experiences across the top-of-funnel web ecosystem, including campaign pages and product launches.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to drive projects from brief through delivery.
• Leverage AI tools like Figma MCP and generative image models to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Advocate for users by applying research and testing insights to create performant, joy-inducing interactions.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems while knowing when to innovate and break established patterns.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Design role working with cross-functional peers.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools.
• Advanced design expertise in typography, layout, and complex interactive systems.
• Practical, active integration of AI-powered tools into daily design workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present decisions clearly and confidently.

Nice to have

• Foundational understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience designing for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or subscription-based products.
• Proven experience designing for experimentation and A/B testing frameworks.
