What you will do

• Design and maintain low-manual-touch integrations across the Finance stack using iPaaS platforms.
• Partner with Data Engineering on BigQuery pipelines to serve as the analytics layer for Finance.
• Own the end-to-end Finance systems roadmap, from strategic design to implementation.
• Manage the FP&A planning platform, including model architecture, formula logic, and headcount planning.
• Automate high-cost manual steps in the monthly close, including reconciliations and accrual calculations.
• Build AI/LLM-powered agents and pipelines for variance analysis and anomaly detection.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in San Francisco, CA.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and 3+ years in Finance Systems or FP&A Engineering at a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered automation in a Finance or operations context.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, prototyping automation logic, and quality-checking AI outputs.
• Deep experience with modern EPM platforms and NetSuite (or equivalent ERP).
• Working knowledge of BigQuery and dbt for data transformation.
