What you will do

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models to meet business requirements.
• Design and build evaluation frameworks and configure observability platforms for production AI systems.
• Collaborate with the data science team to fine-tune models for optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python.
• Validate model performance in real-world scenarios and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work directly with the CTO and engineering team to drive product innovation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software development with production-grade web applications.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, agent SDKs, agent harnesses, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Solid engineering fundamentals with backend technologies.
• Ability to design features with a focus on accuracy, security, and performance.
