What you will do

• Design and scale Go-based microservices to manage the lifecycle of AI generations.
• Optimize ConnectRPC services and async processing pipelines using Kafka and SQS to handle resource-intensive inference tasks.
• Develop backend logic for advanced multimodal orchestration features.
• Manage massive data throughput and integrate with high-performance storage and compute clusters via AWS.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to translate raw model outputs into a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building and scaling Go services in high-traffic, high-volume SaaS environments.
• Proven ability to design microservices using asynchronous processing (Kafka, SQS) and low-latency communication (gRPC, ConnectRPC, GraphQL).
• Deep knowledge of AWS infrastructure, specifically EKS, S3, and Lambda.
• Experience building professional-grade creative tools or media-heavy applications.
• Must be based in the Netherlands or a similar CEST timezone.
• Visa sponsorship is only available for candidates already based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with media processing, such as video transcoding, audio synthesis, or vector manipulation.
• Experience with model serving at scale or managing GPU-accelerated workloads.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments helping to define product vision.
