What you will do
- Lead and develop high-quality Java applicatns for clients like Bol, VodafoneZiggo, and Rabobank.
- Serve as key point of contact and technical leader in project teams.
- Coach and mentor other developers to elevate their skills.
- Ensure projects contribute maximally to clients' business objectives from concept to impact.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues through regular knowledge sharing and team events.
- Engage in continuous personal development through courses, workshops, and community contributns.
Requirements
- Locatn: Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work on-site at Campus Utrecht.
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Java Developer.
- Strong skills in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, REST, microservices, and database technologies (Oracle, SQL, NoSQL).
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS; Kubernetes and Docker are a plus.
- Fluent English communicatn skills.
- Leadership and mentoring experience with a hands-on mentality.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, AI tooling, accessibility, NodeJS, or other backend frameworks.
