• Develop a configuration-driven workflow and data platform used as a core engine by other internal engineering teams.
• Build software tooling and services that enable other teams to operate faster, safer, and more consistently.
• Tackle complex challenges regarding flexibility, scalability, and reliability in a multi-tenant environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to model use cases and translate them into reusable, generic platform solutions.
• Optimize system performance and integrate AI into both the product and internal engineering workflows.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience as a backend engineer.
• Strong proficiency with Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or messaging.
• Background in complex backend or platform environments.
• Ability to work with abstract, configuration-driven, or engine-like platforms.
• Strong skills in technical alignment and collaboration across different teams.
