Salary: $220,000 per year + performance bonuses

What you will do
- Assess US team operational health (structure, delivery consistency, organizational consistency, and capacity planning) and present a prioritized improvement roadmap to the COO within the first three months.
- Enhance the delivery metrics framework to track delivery quality, team health, and client satisfaction, with quarterly targets and reviews by end of year one.
- Establish a manager development program within 18 months, including coaching cadence, a shared leadership playbook, and documented measurable growth.
- Partner with Business Development and Growth Directors to strengthen operating-partner relationships and define a resource planning model that maps delivery capacity to pipeline with forward visibility.
- Lead at least two cross-functional operational improvement initiatives within the first year, driving documented process changes adopted across studios with measurable impact.
- Report directly to the COO and build the people development, structures, and culture that enable consistently high-level studio delivery.
Requirements
- US work authorization is required.
- Experience leading delivery operations and scaling teams with a focus on operational processes and organizational consistency.
- Proven ability to develop leaders through coaching and structured manager development programs.
- Track record of improving delivery quality and client satisfaction using metrics and quarterly performance cadences.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that result in measurable process change adopted across multiple teams.
