What you will do

• Guide and inspire delivery teams to provide reliable and high-quality IT services.
• Collaborate with Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to design and maintain future-proof systems.
• Provide technical and managerial support for field engineers, system administrators, and subject matter experts.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for incidents, problems, and escalations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Propose and implement tailored IT solutions that align with evolving customer business requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and managing quality services for customers.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management, including root cause analysis.
• Hands-on knowledge of AIOps, automation, and an innovation-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills for direct and constant interaction with customers.
• Must be based in the USA and able to work onsite at client locations.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• PMP, ITIL, and/or Six Sigma certifications.
