What you will do

  • Identify, research, and contact relevant companies via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads and book high-quality meetings with decision-makers.
  • Own and manage your sales pipeline from day one with coaching support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to track outreach and progress.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Build professional relationships across the UK workspace ecosystem both digitally and in person.

Requirements

  • Fluent, confident English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in London and able to work on-site at least four days per week.
  • Ambitious, curious, and proactive mindset with a desire to build a career in business development.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Structured approach to follow-ups and a performance-driven mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer-facing, service-oriented, or performance-driven roles (e.g., retail, hospitality, sports, fundraising).
  • Prior sales experience.
