TL;DR

What you will do

  • Correct plan-level and member enrollment data mismatches in benefits administration systems.
  • Research and resolve root cause issues identified by the Tier 1 support team.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding eligibility, exceptions, and retroactive requests.
  • Maintain accurate documentation according to established workflows and protocols.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to business stakeholders based on audit findings.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA standards regarding the security of confidential consumer information.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of cumulative professional experience.
  • Proficiency in D365 and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Must be based in the United States to comply with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
