What you will do

• Partner with Project Managers and Finance leaders to develop and expand project controls frameworks.
• Ensure financial predictability, transparency, and execution of controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and forecast financial outcomes to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Finance, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure contractual and financial compliance.
• Manage shifting priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4+ years of experience in project controls, FP&A, project management, or project accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with financial systems or BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or project-based environments.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts and contract-based financial models.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) or project performance metrics.
• Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard experience.
• Advanced Excel knowledge including PowerPivot, Power Queries, and Data Models.
