TL;DR
Senior Java Software Engineer (Cloud Analytics): Designing and developing large-scale, AWS-based cloud infrastructure for the global CXone platform with an accent on microservices architecture and high-performance backend systems. Focus on integrating AI-driven solutions and automation tools to accelerate development and optimize system design.
Location: Must be based in Raanana, Israel (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote).

What you will do
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS technologies.
- Develop high-quality services within a Java Spring Boot environment.
- Manage the full feature lifecycle from initial design to production implementation.
- Analyze requirements and create comprehensive design documentation.
- Collaborate with peers to refine architectures and iterate on features.
- Apply AI tools and automation frameworks to deliver reliable, high-impact capabilities.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and cloud environments.
- Strong proficiency in building RESTful APIs.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) and LLM ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to design and ship AI-driven solutions end-to-end.
