What you will do

• Own deployment execution for customer accounts from technical strategy to stakeholder management.
• Drive user adoption of the Atlas platform and provide structured feedback to engineering teams.
• Lead technical conversations with senior customer leadership as a domain expert.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
• Work in person at the NYC headquarters when not traveling.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as an electrical engineer in aerospace, automotive, or semiconductors.
• Full-stack technical literacy with the ability to pick up new technical domains quickly.
• Product-fluency and experience working closely with product teams.
• Strong ability to articulate how AI-native products create commercial value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to receive software/technology controlled under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR).
