What you will do

• Create and maintain technical requirement specifications for system and subsystem levels.
• Support system design activities and assess impact and conformance to requirements.
• Collaborate with test and validation teams to define verification criteria.
• Evaluate industry and regulatory requirements for applicability to autonomous products.
• Perform FMEA analysis and track findings to resolution.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive engineering working on software, hardware, or combined products.
• Strong working knowledge of ADAS and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Detailed knowledge of requirements management and requirement-based design.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience with LIDAR, radar, ethernet, and CAN technologies.
• Background in robotics, machine learning, or IoT.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
