What you will do

• Build, operate, and improve CI/CD, packaging, and developer infrastructure.
• Develop internal tools and automation using Python or Go to streamline workflows.
• Enhance operational health through monitoring, metrics, and dashboards.
• Optimize build and test efficiency via caching and scalable execution strategies.
• Improve local developer experience by reducing friction and simplifying workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex build, dependency, and runtime issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Experience with Linux environments and systems concepts like concurrency and atomic operations.
• Hands-on experience with backend infrastructure, developer platforms, or SRE.
• Proficiency in at least one compiled language such as C/C++, Rust, or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerized builds (Docker) and dependency management.
• Familiarity with CMake or similar build systems.
• Experience with agent-assisted pipelines and AI-augmented developer workflows.
