AML Onboarding Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Fully remote across Europe; the role is listed in Vilnius.

What you will do

• Manage the full B2B client onboarding lifecycle from initial engagement through activation.
• Coordinate onboarding steps and monitor applications to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare, maintain, and review documentation packages for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Liaise with banks, payment service providers, and other financial partners.
• Respond to onboarding requests and provide required information promptly.
• Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency, including through AI-based task automation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B client onboarding, underwriting, or compliance operations.
• Mandatory experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, e-commerce, or other financial services.
• Understanding of client onboarding processes and related regulatory requirements.
• English at C1 level and Russian at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Experience collaborating with banks, PSPs, or other financial institutions.
