What you will do
- Manage banking partner relationships across multiple jurisdictions and support bank onboarding, account opening, maintenance, documentation, and KYC requirements.
- Administer banking platforms, including user access, signatories, security controls, and bank connectivity.
- Monitor group cash positions, support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning, and help allocate funds across entities and markets.
- Support short-term liquidity placements, investment monitoring, foreign exchange transactions, and currency exposure tracking.
- Prepare cash position, liquidity, and forecast reports for management and stakeholders.
- Improve the Treasury Management System, treasury controls, data quality, processes, automation, and AI solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in treasury or a closely related finance function.
- Hands-on experience with banking operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting, KYC, and bank documentation.
- Understanding of payment flows, approval processes, ERP-driven finance operations, and treasury controls.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial data and reporting.
- Ukrainian fluency is mandatory.
- B2 English is essential.
Nice to have
- Experience in an international or multi-entity business.
- Exposure to foreign exchange, short-term investments, or a Treasury Management System.
- Familiarity with international banks and multi-jurisdiction operations.
