What you will do

• Own customer engagements from kickoff through sign-off, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the hardware lab, including equipment and product demos.
• Implement scalable systems and processes for the electrical engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Scientist and COO on strategic initiatives.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Work in person at the NYC headquarters.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in electrical or hardware engineering.
• Proven track record of driving complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs.
• Deep domain expertise in electrical engineering to facilitate technical discussions.
• Exceptional communication skills for structured documentation and team alignment.
• High agency and ability to thrive in an ambiguous startup environment.
• Must be authorized to work with technology controlled under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR).
