What you will do

• Lead implementation, integration, and optimization of centrally-owned workplace tools and platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Monday.com, Claude, ChatGPT, and more).
• Drive AI adoption across the business by embedding new ways of working that stick.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, and budgets to reduce duplication and maximize ROI.
• Ensure tools are securely onboarded and governed across their lifecycle within hirify.global’s SaaS Governance Framework.
• Own the workplace technology roadmap and keep it aligned with business priorities and upcoming AI capabilities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for workplace technology, partnering with IT and stakeholders to turn requirements into solutions people adopt.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading or managing digital workplace environments and transformations, ideally across a global or multi-site organization.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise workplace tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, Monday.com, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong stakeholder management skills to translate business requirements into practical solutions and drive adoption.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, licensing, and budgets with a focus on value.
• Comfort using data and metrics to measure tool performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of SaaS governance, security, and access management.
