What you will do

• Define and maintain the roadmap for the digital workplace stack, including M365, Box, Claude, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Manage day-to-day vendor operations, license provisioning, and cost optimization with platform providers.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools across the organization by identifying high-impact use cases and tracking success metrics.
• Contribute to AI governance processes and ensure platform usage aligns with data privacy and organizational policies.
• Lead and manage the Digital Workplace team, overseeing support models, ticketing, and triage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT or enterprise applications, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including licensing, security, and compliance.
• Experience with at least two of the following: Box, Power Platform, Anthropic Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Proven track record of building business cases and managing budgets for technology investments.
• Right to work in the USA, UK, or Kenya.

Nice to have

• Experience in a nonprofit, international development, or humanitarian sector IT environment.
• Expertise in managing Power Platform environments (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Background in change management, organizational learning, or staff enablement.
