Salary: $68,000 - $106,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Own the enablement lifecycle for all new product releases and feature updates, ensuring GTM teams are certified and ready.
• Act as the core connective tissue between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM teams to drive stakeholder alignment.
• Transform technical documentation into high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, and interactive training environments.
• Develop and maintain deep technical mastery of the hirify.global platform to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Audit and update existing training content to reflect real-time platform changes and provide leadership with visibility into project milestones.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in software education, support, professional services, sales, or marketing within a financial services or SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish with outstanding organizational skills.
• Experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, or Lessonly.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revenue Intelligence platforms like Gong or Chorus.
• Experience in learning analytics and creating outcome-based learning solutions.
