Salary: $195,500 - $264,500

What you will do
- Lead and grow an engineering team building core planning and recommendation workflows for enterprise clients.
- Manage the team while remaining hands-on with code reviews and implementation details.
- Drive the technical roadmap to scale systems for companies with 150,000+ employees.
- Partner with Product and Design to translate complex compensation requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial calculations with direct impact on customer pay decisions.
- Coach and mentor team members through regular, constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years of management experience on high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams through large technical projects spanning multiple quarters.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear direction and set expectations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle problems with high agency.
- Confidence in diving into technical details and challenging designs.

- Experience with B2B SaaS platforms.
- Background in financial systems where correctness and auditability are critical.
