Salary: $195,000 - $205,000 base

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Define technical architecture and engineering direction for AI platforms, services, and enterprise applications.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.
- Architect and oversee the delivery of production-grade AI services with a focus on reliability, scalability, and observability.
- Guide the implementation of RAG, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and integrations with leading LLM providers.
- Establish engineering best practices for software development, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience developing production applications in Python.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
- Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD practices, and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Must be based in the New York office to participate in the hybrid in-office operation.
