Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum

What you will do
- Own and drive business expansion into the UK National Security community, including pipeline generation, opportunity management, forecasting, and deal closure.
- Build and execute a sales and go-to-market plan with high autonomy.
- Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle from market engagement and opportunity qualification through bid execution, contract negotiation, and account expansion.
- Articulate the value of Mind Foundry’s AI by translating technical capability into operational and mission outcomes.
- Build and grow senior customer relationships across government customers, primes, and partners; secure follow-on work and long-term engagements.
- Act as the commercial bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, scalable, and commercially sound.
Requirements
- UK Developed Vetting (DV): hold existing DV or be eligible for UK DV.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development and/or account management in National Security.
- Proven track record selling cutting-edge technology products and services.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to manage and/or implement all phases of projects and tasks for smooth delivery.
- Comfort with ambiguity and operating with minimal direction.
- Strong understanding of National Security sales mechanics, including long sales cycles, complex stakeholder environments, and secure procurement processes.

Hiring process
- Initial discussion with the People team.
- Interview with the Director of Mission Systems, followed by an interview with the Mission Systems team including a presentation.
- In-person meet the team at the Summertown, Oxford office.
