What you will do

• Own the self-serve business revenue (ARR) and full-funnel growth metrics.
• Develop and execute the product strategy, prioritizing a portfolio of bets to drive business impact.
• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine across pricing, packaging, and lifecycle marketing.
• Identify and launch new business segments and 0-to-1 product offerings.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and marketing to ship improvements and iterate based on user feedback.
• Build and scale a growth-oriented product team as the business expands.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically in consumer or prosumer self-serve businesses.
• Proven track record of driving revenue and growth metrics at scale.
• Deep understanding of subscription economics, P&L management, and monetization strategies.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and growth loops.
• Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-accountability environment with decision-making under uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy and business performance clearly.
