What you will do
- Conduct field assessments, stream surveys, and site investigations.
- Develop restoration and ecological engineering designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Create construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Support environmental permitting efforts and regulatory coordination.
- Participate in construction oversight and implementation activities.
- Interpret field data and prepare technical reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Ecological or Environmental Engineering preferred).
- Experience or training in ecological restoration practices such as Natural Channel Design or Fluvial Geomorphology.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one within six months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D for design plans and construction drawings.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Passion for environmental stewardship and problem-solving.
