What you will do

• Prepare complex engineering deliverables including process models, P&IDs, and design criteria.
• Perform applied research and pilot-scale testing to assess treatment process performance.
• Develop life cycle assessments and cost evaluations for resilient treatment solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on engineering standards.
• Support business development through proposal writing, client interviews, and technical presentations.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in wastewater treatment process design.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Professional registration or licensure in the home office country (or active pursuit thereof).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctoral) in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering.
• Proficiency with process simulators such as BioWin, GPS-X, Sumo, or Simba.
