What you will do

• Refine sales methodologies and map the customer journey to improve operational efficiency.
• Own and manage the sales technology stack, including CRM and enablement tools.
• Define key performance metrics and build dashboards to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop sales collateral and training programs.
• Ensure data integrity and drive adoption of sales tools across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management.
• Must be based in the DMV area for hybrid work requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce and data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape and ad fraud/privacy challenges.
